- Positive Response Instructions (NM811 Underground Facility Operators only) To set up Positive Response, please send us an email at membership@nm811.org and include the Member Company Name and Code(s) and type(s) of underground facility.
NOTICE to USERS
Please be advised that the repeated submission of ticket locate requests in violation of New Mexico's Dig Law will result in the loss of "Portal" sign-on privileges.
NM811 is changing the requirements for submitting tickets online to be more aligned with our legal requirements.
NM811 will no longer accept the "*" symbol in the "Cross Street" or "Intersection" fields.
Any ticket submitted with an * in these required fields will be rejected because of incomplete information.
Additionally, a project name is not a valid entry in the "Address" field, it should be recorded in the "Remarks"
section of the ticket. To ensure the timely processing of your ticket please make sure to
include a physical address and/ or GPS coordinates of your dig site in the address field
